Enter the realm of magical tales

‘Enter the realm of magical tales’ tells the stories of mythological creatures from historical tales and folklore and sagas that have been forgotten or remain untold.

I’m delving into the ancient legends, telling their stories, awakening these fairy tales and bringing them alive in my paintings.

I want the viewer to be able to enter my magical world for just that moment and be captivated by the beauty, feel the essence of the story and myth behind these characters.

Behind the lens, with my camera as my medium, I’ve captured a series of photographs with the aim of capturing the magic of the trees.

Their beauty, strength and sculptural forms have often left me in awe. Trees are so mystical and majestic that in ancient times, trees were regarded as sacred and believed that each and every tree has a unique spirit and specific powers within its bark.

Each tree transmits its own emotion. As an artist I have captured different kinds of trees, with their own colours and tones and versatility, taken from different angles and points of view to create a more sublime effect sensitizing the viewer to its mood and emotion.
